What clothing do I need for bike riding?

Appropriate clothing for the weather is fine, some sort of sports shoes and ideally shorts or comfortable long pants. However make sure you have something warm incase the weather turns on you... and of course don't forget your helmet!

How often do I need to get my bike serviced?

Ideally your bike needs to have a full service at least once a year. However it is important that you follow a few steps to check your own bike everytime you ride. These are explained on our Basic bike maintenance page.
