Warranties
All our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty commences the day of purchase. Generally, warranties cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. The time period of this warranty is usually specified on the product information card. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace any defective merchandise.
Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents and racing is not covered under any warranty.
Labour and shipping are not covered under any Warranty.
Should you believe your product is faulty or defective, please contact us by email at info@racersedge.co.nz. Please contact us before returning any item(s).
Please keep your receipts for warranty purposes. Warranties will not be honoured without proof of purchase. We reserve the right to replace or repair any item found to be defective at our own discretion.
Racers Edge shall not be responsible for the improper use of the merchandise sold and the customer is urged to exercise caution and take all necessary safety measures in using merchandise.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1998 The Consumer Guarantees Act set out minimum standards for goods sold by Racers Edge. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or refund.

Racers Edge Privacy Policy
All your information is secure with us. Racers Edge adheres to the laws and guidelines set out in the NZ Privacy Act and Principles.
Racers Edge will not sell, loan or publish your personal information to a third party. No customer data is stored on servers that are accessible to the Internet.
All credit card transactions take place on a secure server, meaning your details are encrypted and cannot be intercepted by third parties. Your credit card details are deleted after being processed.
Deliveries within New Zealand
Deliveries are freight free for purchases of $100.00 or more. The minimum delivery charge for goods under $100.00 is $10.00.
We aim to process your order by the end of the day that we receive it. Delivery can take 3 to 4 days between Islands so you should allow 5 working days from the placement of your order.
Racers Edge is not accepting international sales at this stage.
100% Right of Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days upon receipt, please follow these procedures to ensure a prompt replacement, credit or refund.
In the case of a fault or defect with your purchase, please follow the Warranty process.
- Complete the return form on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have a packing slip please include a note stating the purchaser's name, address, email address and date of purchase.
- Call (03)443 7886 for a return authorization number (RA). The R.A number is to be filled on the return form and written on the package with a return address.
- Using a good carton, return package (and return form) via insured courier post mail or other parcel carrier of your choice.
